Delete your Arkaayu account

How to ask

Email privacy@arkaayu.com from the email address you use for Arkaayu, with the subject "Delete my Arkaayu account".
We'll reply to confirm it's really you. We will never ask for your password.
If you have a paid plan, cancel it in the app first so you aren't charged again.

Want a copy of your data first? Use the export option in the app, or ask in the same email.

What we delete

Your account and profile (name, email, phone, photo).
Your health readings: heart rate, HRV, SpO₂, sleep, activity, workouts, stress, temperature, blood pressure, ECG and body measurements.
Your mood check-ins, journal, goals, reminders and alarms, and conversations with the in-app assistant.
Your connections to clinics and apps — their access stops and their tokens are revoked.
Your place in any family plan.

What we keep, and for how long

Payment and invoice records — kept for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law, then deleted.
A minimal record of your request — so we can show we acted on it.
Encrypted backups — your data is removed from backups as they expire, within 90 days.

How long it takes

We confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Data you already shared. If you connected a clinic or another app, the data it already received is held by that clinic or app under its own policy. Ask them directly to delete it — for example, your clinic for your Healaxy Follow-up record.
