Getting started
How do I set up my Arkaayu watch?
Charge the watch, install the Arkaayu app on your phone, create your account and follow the pairing steps in the app. Keep Bluetooth on and the watch close to your phone while pairing.
Which phones work with Arkaayu?
The Arkaayu app is coming to Android and iPhone. Check the store listing for the minimum version when the app launches.
I got an invite link from a friend. What do I do?
Open the link to see your invite code, then enter it when you create your account in the Arkaayu app.
Readings & syncing
My readings aren't showing in the app.
Open the app with the watch nearby and Bluetooth on — the app collects new readings when it connects. If they still don't appear, restart the app and the watch, then try again.
Why does a reading look wrong?
Wrist readings are affected by how the watch fits, movement, cold hands, tattoos and skin. Wear the watch snug, a finger's width above the wrist bone, and stay still during spot checks. If a reading worries you, check with medical-grade equipment and your doctor.
Is Arkaayu a medical device?
No. Arkaayu is a wellness product. It helps you see trends and talk to your doctor; it does not diagnose or treat any condition. See our health disclaimer.
Sharing
How do I share my data with my doctor?
If your clinic uses Healaxy Follow-up, open Follow-up, go to Settings → Connectors and switch on Arkaayu. You'll see an Arkaayu screen listing exactly what will be shared; confirm to connect.
How do I stop sharing?
Switch the connection off in the app you connected (for example, in Follow-up turn Arkaayu off), or write to support@arkaayu.com and we will disconnect it for you.
Your account
I forgot my password.
Tap "Forgot password" in the Arkaayu app and enter your email. We'll send a reset link from noreply@arkaayu.com — check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
How do I turn on two-step sign-in?
In the Arkaayu app, open your account settings and turn on two-step sign-in. Each time you sign in, we'll email you a 6-digit code.
Can I download my data?
Yes. Use the data export option in your account settings in the app, or write to privacy@arkaayu.com.
How do I delete my account?

Plans & billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Membership in the app and choose Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for. Changed your mind? Write to support@arkaayu.com within 7 days of a payment for a full refund — see the Terms of Use.
How does the family plan work?
The plan owner invites up to five members; each keeps a private account. See For families.
