From your wrist, to your phone, to only the people you choose.
Arkaayu is three pieces that work together: the watch, the app, and a secure service in India that keeps your history. Nothing leaves that service unless you say so.
The watch measures
Sensors on the back of the watch read your heart rate, SpO₂, movement and more, day and night.
The app syncs
Over Bluetooth, the app collects new readings from the watch and sends them, encrypted, to Arkaayu's servers in India.
Arkaayu makes sense of it
Readings become daily summaries, sleep scores, trends and insights based on your own baseline.
You decide who else sees it
Family, your clinic, or another app — each only after you approve, each one you can switch off.
Sharing, the way it should work
When a clinic or an app asks for your Arkaayu data, you see an Arkaayu screen that names who is asking and lists exactly what they will be able to read — for example "your sleep sessions" or "your heart-rate readings". Nothing is shared until you confirm.
- Read-only. A connected clinic or app can read the data you approved. It cannot change or delete anything.
- Specific. Approving sleep does not approve ECG. Each type of data is listed separately.
- Reversible. Turn the connection off in the connected app — or write to support@arkaayu.com — and its access stops.
Healaxy Follow-up wants to read:
- Your name and email address
- Your sleep sessions, stages and sleep scores
- Your daily steps, distance and calories
- Your heart-rate readings and resting heart rate
- Your blood-oxygen (SpO₂) readings
Read-only. You can revoke this at any time.
Questions people ask
Do I need my phone with me all the time?
No. The watch keeps measuring and stores readings until it next connects to your phone, then the app syncs them.
Where is my data stored?
On servers located in India. It is encrypted when it travels between the watch, the app and our servers. See Privacy & security.
Can my doctor see my data automatically?
No. Your doctor sees your readings only if you connect your clinic through Healaxy Follow-up and approve the request on the Arkaayu consent screen.
What happens if I stop sharing?
The connection stops reading new data straight away. Data the clinic or app already received is handled under its own policies, as with any record you share.
